Winter Fête | The Vintage Arcadia

PHOENIX! I love you. I’m coming home and I’m bringing all of my gathering tricks with me. Truth is I just love my hometown so much and I’m so thankful for the friends and the entire community that I’ve been blessed to KEEP and somehow continue to grow since I moved away in 2009. I thought it would be fun to bring together a random mix of incredible humans who I adore and put on a little dinner. So without further ado…. my Arcadia Winter themed dinner is set to go and I cannot wait to see you there!

The hush of winter holds a stillness in it. The temperatures it shares leaves a chill on our skin. She is purposeful and thoughtful and she beautifully invites each of us into a time comprised of a slower pace and a gift of peacefulness for us to grow within. All of this in order to be restore us from a busier time and allow us to share a more whole version of ourselves with our families and community in a new way. By nature’s design, Winter is a time set apart for deepening our roots and nourishing the very depths of our own selves and the ones we love so that when Spring comes we may share new layers, new gifts, new ideas and begin new successes.

I invite you to come sit with me, dwell with others alike and different in an incredibly wonderful winter inspired atmosphere at Arcadia’s newest venue. Fortitude and Finn is curating an evening that feels most inviting of goodness and depth within your community. With crisp gin beverages in hand, warm ratatouille served after a crisp winter salad and followed with a fragrant hand formed cinnamon + apple dessert you’ll feel perfectly at home. You’re invited to Celebrate the close of this Winter season and enjoy a thing in the middle of a slower part of the year and indulge in laughter, good food and wonderful others.

You’ll be greeted with a Cucumber Pine infused Juniper Gimlet
+ 2 glasses of wine with dinner

As we’re seated we’ll enjoy an Classic Arugula Salad with Parmesan Shavings, Candied nuts and drizzled with a Lemon Vinaigrette

Followed by: Local Fresh Baked Bread & Butter

The Main: A Slow Braised Short Rib in Red Wine and Fresh Herbs served with a Ratatouille of Zucchini, Yellow Squash and Eggplant.

Finished with: A free formed house made pate brisee filled with a Cinnamon Apple compote, served beneath a fresh vanilla bean whipped cream.
