The gift of sourdough. We’ve consumed and gifted so much bread in my house over the last years, and I can’t say I’m sad about it.

I have grown to love this part of the rhythm of our home. It’s a full 24-hour process to get to the warm bread, and the build of anticipation is half of the joy. It’s a sweet process for little kids, too, if you have them and want to be baking with them.

This class will host fifteen women and includes the following…

A jar of starter (please bring your jar)
A hands-on session of learning the whole process.
