Happiest New Year!

Happy New Year! 2017 was a lot of things. It was good it had some bad it was life-giving and we experienced some loss. There were definitely highs and lows throughout the past twelve months, but years do. Some years end and we find ourselves relieved that we've reached a benchmark that represents a profound newness and sometimes I suppose it feels like any other day but with concluding with a new number at the end of it. 

2017 forever changed my life. I'm seriously in heaven... My little man has lit up Justin and my world. It's changed us, changed our relationship, changed the rhythm of our life and added S-O much joy. Maybe that's why the year's transition feels a bit blurry, each day sincerely feels new. Every day feels completely different than the previous. Amos is changing at a pace which feels like every minute of every day and while I cannot wrap my head around his growth I kind of love how it keeps me on my toes. The whole process is miraculous. Justin and I leave 2017 overflowing with thankfulness that we've been given this little bundle of a gift. 

I'm running straight into 2018 with my sights on big things for Fortitude + Finn, my photography business as well as our family. With 2017 being absolutely blessed, in the midst of the good and the bad, I anticipate 2018 has really wonderful activities, growth and beauty in store for us.
