The EPS Studio | Before & After

If you follow my stories on Instagram then you know I've had my elbows deep in making changes to a cute studio space above Kinfolk Salon in downtown Colorado Springs. The space has been storage (more or less) for the last six years and when I was approached about taking it over I couldn't resist. The light is just right and the white walls sing to me. 

Rolled on a fresh coat of white paint with a matte finish. The shade is here. 

The floor was previously painted over and touched up and kind of had a mixture of things going on. That's been repainted the match the original color. We'll see if that gets redone before long too. :) 

The once brown trim has been removed and we added white square trim that's 5" tall + fresh casing and a header around the door frames. 

I plated off 2 of 3 pendant lights on the ceiling and the 3rd I switched with a light I've had in the garage just waiting for the right place to hang it.
