The Daily Moments | Friday

Awe friends, I hope you jump in on the fun of this with me + the others that are participating. Blog or no blog, it's so fun to track your days hour by hour. It's making me realize how little I pull out my camera for me just to pause those little in between moments... and if you think these are all being perfectly staged and posted know that I didn't have my fancy camera on me, they're all from my iphone and the composition is shady at best because they're a 10 second self timer and I was trying to get back in position of what was actually happening. With a fast moving 1 year old that means crooked photos. Ha! A did a little bulleted list on what is going on underneath each along with the time. If you post these on IG use #thedailymoments so we can all see one another's photos and please tag me so I know that you posted them! @stephpollock started this cutie trend and I'm loving it.

8:30 AM - half way through Leah and my coffee date I remembered I wanted to track our day again, so, "Hi Evan, do you mind taking our photo, please?" Have you been to 1979 @ Woodman Valley Church. It's inexpensive and SO cute.

9:30 AM, I hustled to the studio to get Amos down for his nap only to realize I forgot the pack 'n play at home. Wa wa. It took some work but sweet guy fell asleep in what I wanted to be his nook anyway. So cute.. he woke up SO confused one hour lat…

10:30 AM - I prefer not to work while Amos is around but some days have to be that way. Deadlines are a thing. I set Amos up with toys and a snack and dug back into work. I call it interval working.. haha! Pause and play, distract and work. Repeat.

2:30 PM That work life though. The struggle of motherhood and owning a company is no joke, my friends. If you are doing the same juggling show, you're not alone.

5:30 PM Yay! Our hero is home from work. Amos HUSTLES from wherever he is in our house as soon as he hears Justins' diesel. It is the highlight of our day, everyday.

7:30 PM... I headed out after Amos' bedtime on Friday for, well, I can't remember, errands. Oh, shorts at Lulu and dry shampoo.... When the sky is good and black and white, you know it was good in color.

Thanks for tagging along. I really am loving this but I think if you do it you'll love it even more. It's fun to have an intentional photo journal of the day. xx-k
