...Okay, truth be told... Not a pie eater over here! The SHOCK! The HORRER. But it's true. I grew up in an pie-making-award-winning family of three generations. There is no bad pie that I've given a whirl according to each human body around me + a few judges along the way... But, not my jam. HOWEVER, I will say... hand pies? Game changer.
Meet, Tiny Kitchen Company. A sweet friend of mine in Colorado Springs, a marketing genius, tall + beautiful in all of the ways, Nerissa England. (Please note the awesome) I repeat, her last name is England. Anyhow, the hand pies, they're made with her homemade jam's, lots of love, miraculously without LOTS of sugar and I'm sure a recipe card nearby that's had some tweaks made to it to make it just her own.
If ever in need of some pies for a wedding or to mix up the dessert palette at a party, message her. I'm pretty sure regret won't be part of the equation.
