Curating Home | Adding Greenery
I love my greens… Specifically the ones that add a little something to the walls, vases, shelves and even fixtures in our home. When we bought our dining room light I was just so tired of choosing things for the home. That + Justin having sent the link made it an easy yes. I still like it but I don’t love how industrial it leans toward so I do my best to soften it up. I’ve added live greens dozens of times and I tried the boxwood 4'-er from Target for a while. The live greens needed changing every five—8 days and the boxwood held it’s shape too well which made it look funny. All that said, I found the perfect solution!
Anthropologie recently started carrying faux and dried flower stems and greenery and they’re my game changer. I was able to shape them, they smelled good, they’re already dried so you know how they look is how they’ll stay and they’re the perfect solution. I love to add fresh touches through our home but I’m moving toward efficiency and ease in the otherwise time consuming tasks as quickly as I can lately. The next time you’re in Anthro they’re worth looking for. For their online selection, CLICK HERE. xx-k
