Feature | Downtown Colorado Springs Photography Studio

I wanted to formally introduce you to my other baby. She came long before our first human baby and I think she’ll always stay my baby in some capacity. I’m a photographer by trade and I do really love it. When I think about what else may come to be in my career, photography is always incorporated into it. What once started as a hobby with no intent to ever become by career has blossomed beautifully. It’s come with an incredible amount of work, overcoming obstacles, tears and small anxiety attacks woven throughout, however, it’s offered me so much joy, opportunity and accomplishment. I love having something that I’ve labored over (that didn’t leave me in stitches, ha!).

I just repainted my physical studio that is in a little loft area in downtown Colorado Springs. It’s a rentable space for other creatives to use as well as my home base when it’s not being rented by others. I’ve found so much freedom in having a brick and mortar space and I LOVE seeing what others do with it! If you’re ever in COS and need a space to do some photo work in, I’d love to share it with you.
