Sunday Cocktail
Weekends are for slowing down, enjoying the ones we love and resetting for the week to come. Also, it's for a few drinks here and there. I love a good cocktail and I love having really talented mixoloigsts as friends so I dig through their websites until I find what I need and I super love when they freely share recipes. I stole this Gin drank from the Lee Spirits website. They have a killer cocktail recipe page that needs to be utilized more than I'm sure it is. This drink is the Bee's Knees. Literally.
1 ½ oz. Lavender Gin
1 oz. honey syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
Instructions: Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled coupe
