Recipes | Mothers Day Drink + Dinner
They have a variety of pickles to give your drink a yummy crunch and their rim seasoning is for sure worth having + it feels fancy at home.
With Mother’s Day just around the corner I thought I’d post a Mitchell Mama Staple… 2 ways.
I love a good bloody and over the years, I’ve learned there are two types of people in the world, those who like a meal in their drank and those who don’t. I’m the former. WHO are you?
…And while I love hosting and prepping food and
drinks for everyone that comes by, I wouldn’t refuse a flavorful, deliciously cold drink handed to me on a day like Mother’s day, well, most days.. Good news for all fathers, partners, children of age to be mixing drinks, The Real Dill, makes a bloody mix so good that you actually don’t have to add anything to it to make it perfect and yet mama will think you knew just exactly which add ins to incorporate on her special day. So for my drinkers that love a meal in a cup, this is my go-to how to for homemade bloody marys…
To put my Real Dill Bloody Mary together I sprinkle some of the glassware seasoning on a plate that’s slightly larger than my glass top. After running the glass under water quickly I dip the rim in to the seasoning. From there I add ice, 2 shots of your favorite vodka (I like Lee Spirits), then add my fresh + local Bloody Mary Mix almost to the top! From there I add a little lemon, cause I love a fresh zest add + a few crunchy items, like the Real Dill’s Habaneros Dill Pickles. With all of those veggies, don’t forget to add a straw! Like it spicyI?! Use that last bit of room to add a touch of The Real Dill’s Green Chili Hot Sauce. And last but not least, deliver to mama on a silver platter. ; )
For you beauties who don’t care so much about the beverage but would love a night off of dinner + LOVE a tomato flavor profile, this chicken recipe is a FAVORITE for everyone in my home. You can make it for the fam, or send this post to whoever you want to make the meal so you can kick your feet up and relish in a night off. Happy Mother’s Day… You’re doing good, mama.
